Ordering Information
I have not received my order confirmation email.
Please make sure that the email address you entered is correct.
Depending on your e-mail software, some e-mails may be recognized as spam.
Please check your junk mail folder.
Also, if you have filter settings such as "URL link restriction" or "domain authentication restriction (refusal of receiving e-mails from addresses other than cell phone addresses)", please remove the filter or set your e-mail address to receive "shop@orga-works.co.jp".
Can I change the contents of my order (add products or change to another product)?
Please note that we cannot accept any changes to your order (adding products, changing to another product) or payment method after your order has been confirmed. Please understand beforehand.

About pre-ordered products
Please note that we cannot accept a specific date and time for pre-ordered items. In the case of products that can be ordered together, the "delivery date of pre-ordered products" will be applied to all orders.
About wrapping
We do not offer special wrapping services. Please understand in advance.
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot accept cancellations of completed orders or changes to the contents of products (adding products or changing to another product).
Please be sure to check your order details such as size, color, price, quantity, etc. for any errors before completing your order.
Can I return or exchange products?
We accept returns and exchanges only in the case of defective products and wrong items.
We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are not defective, such as a different image.
We will only accept size exchanges if the item is judged to be "unused" according to our standards.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the return is due to a defective product, wrong item, or any other defect in our store, we will bear the shipping costs.
Can I order by phone or fax?

Delivery and payment methods
About Shipping Companies
We will deliver by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping cost for return shipping
We will cover the shipping costs for returning or exchanging products that are defective or different from what you ordered.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products that are "different from the image" or for other reasons.
For customers who refuse to receive or are absent for a long period of time
In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to refusal of receipt or prolonged absence without notification of cancellation, etc., the customer will be billed for the round-trip shipping costs incurred for delivery and the return shipping fee.
In the event that an item is returned to us due to refusal to receive it without a valid reason, or due to expiration of the storage period at the shipping company, we will charge the following fees
・Round-trip shipping fee
・Returned goods administration fee
・Other actual fees for delivery
For purchases made by credit card or Amazon Pay, the above amount will be deducted from the refund.

Can I change my shipping address?

Can you ship to overseas?
The shipping area delivery of products is limited to within Japan.
We also do not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping addresses.
Please note that orders outside of the shipping area will be cancelled after contacting you by e-mail.
Sorry, This online store is for Japanese domestic market only. We cannot ship goods abroad.
Can I get a receipt for my order?
The delivery note sent with the product can be used as a receipt.
Can I change my payment method?

Can I place an item on hold?
We do not accept layaway of products.
The item I added to my cart has disappeared.
Inventory is not secured when you add an item to your cart. Stock will be reserved when you confirm your order.
For this reason, items in your cart may be purchased by other customers before you click the "Place Order" button and complete your order.
