●Why did you start remaking shirts?
A men's flea market is held regularly with items donated by clothing lovers from all over the country. We take care of customers' ``drawer manure,'' and the clothes are passed on to the next user.
However, is it possible to somehow reinvent flashy designs that could not find buyers at men's flea markets or items that are too small for Tengu Store customers? That's what got me thinking.
By remaking the leftover shirts by combining fabrics between them, the width of the previously small shirts can be increased, and perhaps even one-of-a-kind shirts can be created. A remake shirt was born from this idea.
When I actually tried making a remake of a shirt, I noticed that there were fewer parts that were discarded when the shirts were combined.
Now that ``sustainability'' has become the standard, we hope to reduce the amount of clothing that ends up being disposed of as much as possible by reusing shirts that can no longer be worn.
When I first started selling the shirts, I made them using shirts that I couldn't find a buyer for at a men's flea market, but the response was better than I expected, and I ran out of shirts, so now I go to second-hand clothing stores to buy shirts and make remake shirts.

① Purchase at a second-hand clothing store
・At a glance, I sort through items that I think are good.
・Is it a bit flashy? Even if you have a certain color or design, it might be cute if you wear it with short sleeves! It might turn out cute if you use a different fabric! Just like that, you can remake a shirt that would be too flashy to wear on its own and give it a new look!
・Once the sorting is complete, we will do the final sorting. We will do a final check of each piece to make sure there are no stains or tears.
・We examined it for about 1 and a half to 2 hours! I bought 90 pieces on this day!
・As a side note, some of the warehouses I buy from don't have air conditioners, so I end up sweating every time I try to pick out a shirt in the middle of summer. . .
② Wash the purchased shirt once to remove any dirt.
If you put it in the dryer, it may shrink, so take it back to the store and dry it thoroughly.
③Make a serial number tag.
We will number each one by hand! Only one proof in the world!
④ Think about the combination pattern of the shirt.
This process takes the most time, but it is also the most fun. What should I pair with this pattern? Is it better to match this color with this one? I will carefully think about these things and put them together.
There are two types of remade shirts: type A, which is cut vertically, and type B, which is cut back from the back to the sleeves, and this time we thought of 30 combinations.
The combined shirts will be sent to the factory after specifying how to match them! We take photos of each combination and give detailed instructions, and the shirts are reborn as playful adult shirts! 
⑤ The long-awaited product has arrived!
It takes about a month and a half until the product is ready. This time we have created 30 cute remake shirts! This is a one-of-a-kind remake shirt in the world where there is no similar combination. Does it look flashy at first glance? Even if you think about the design, it turns out to be really cute when you try it on. Even a simple style can be accentuated by wearing one of these shirts.
